School is not a learning factory, but a living space

Concepts for experiential learning

School trips

Class community | Cohesion | Competencies

To go on a journey together, get to know each other all over again as a class and have adventures together.

School trips offer an exciting space for completely new learning experiences. We create a challenging and eventful program over 2 to 4 days, which is guaranteed to be remembered positively.

With our building blocks, we bring classes together in their joint actions. We make teamwork tangible and use the experiences we have made to maintain solidarity in everyday class even without canoeing, climbing or abseiling.

Donautal

In the Danube Valley, the Wildenstein Castle Youth Hostel is an ideal starting point for eventful events.

Due to the location of the youth hostel, we have magnificent climbing rocks and an exciting canoe route in the immediate vicinity. We can offer abseiling from the castle bridge, orientation hikes and archery on site.

Swabian Alb

The DAV Albhaus is located directly on the Albrand near Schopfloch and is a perfect starting point for school trips with self-catering.

The variety of activities on site ranges from climbing, orienteering hikes, archery and abseiling to exploring wild caves.

All over

Many of our offers can be implemented anywhere. We are therefore able to offer a varied program in other locations.

These include climbing, canoe tours, raft building projects, archery, soap box building projects and a variety of cooperative exercises.

Leisure education offers & AG offers

Learning projects | learning together | Fun and exercise

All-day school has become an educational cosmos in which students spend a large part of their time. Since this does not only consist of classic lesson design, we as an extracurricular education partner offer various concepts that can make an all-day school run eventful.

Bike AG

Almost everyone has a bike and is more or less on the go with it.

But how does a bike actually work? How can I carry out minor repairs myself?

At our Rad AG, the focus is of course on driving fun. But that also includes an intact bike.

With our mobile RadWerkStatt we come to school and can lend a hand as part of an AG.

Robotic AG

Robots have long since found their way into our everyday lives. We are surrounded by them and they make a lot of things easier for us.

With LEGO Mindstorms robots we dive into this fascinating world and start building our own little robots.

Due to the almost infinite possibilities of LEGO, we can dive deeper and deeper into the topic and further refine the constructions by using sensors and make them more sophisticated.

With our robot workshop, we come to school and only need a suitable room

Adventure AG

Aren't we all looking for exciting adventures?

We bring a new one every week. With and in nature.

Climbing, archery, carving, making fire, building huts, treasure hunts and much more could be possible.

We come to the school or meet the students on a suitable site. All materials that are necessary for the respective adventure are provided by us.

Class training

Social skills | Bullying | Personality development

The performance drops noticeably and conflicts occur more and more frequently. New students come into class and others say goodbye.

Forming - Storming - Norming - Performing

These phases are not only important at the beginning of a new class, but these phases can also change again and again over the course of school.

Thanks to our systemic approach and our experiential methods, we can actively support you in all phases of group development.

Get-to-know days

The transition going to secondary school is often the first major break with a familiar and safe environment.

There are various possibilities and methods to ensure that this transition succeeds and that the new class adapts well to one another.

We can accompany this beginning with experiential educational methods and make it eventful.

We get off to a good start, develop common rules and values. Through the shared experience, these are immediately connected with emotions and last longer.

Performing Day

The class has known each other for a number of years and is still constantly changing.

With our Performing Day concept, we bring new experiences to the community and strengthen the motivation to continue to be active together. We provide impulses for a successful cooperation and prepare the students for further challenges in everyday school life with ease.

Performing days can take place in the school or in the immediate vicinity.

We bring all the necessary materials for a successful day and plan together with you which methods are particularly suitable.

Intervention

Conflicts are also part of it. The solution to this can be very different.

With our systemic approach, we offer an approach as to how these can be solved in a class network.

We have a team of specialists who are very familiar with the respective topics and have the appropriate experience.

Interventions are not fire brigade actions. We don't come by and put out the fire, pack up and leave a heap of rubble.

We carefully plan interventions. All those involved are involved and can present their views on it. We develop a concept which we then implement together.

Why we

Quality | Diversity | openness

We have been closely associated with schools for many years. Our core team has carried out or supported many projects in schools in recent years. We not only worked with the students, but also supported teachers and social workers in their work.

We are active co-creators of community schools and strong partners in several action alliances, which are strongly concerned with the development of schools. For us it is also a matter of course that we are an active member of the Federal Association of Individual and Adventure Education.

Our claim

Individuality | Reliability | responsibility

We want to support children and young people in their development as best as possible and enable them to become independent people. This can only succeed if as many experienced actors as possible are active in the educational cosmos of schools.

We align our concepts to the ESD standards and thus contribute to promoting design skills in children and young people.
